If you CANNOT meet any of these requirements, please contact our office at least 48 hours before your program so we can plan ahead and make alternative arrangements to accommodate you.


I. Point of Contact

 
  1. A representative from the organization will meet the performer 45 minutes before the start time to let them in and show them the performance space.

  2. If this representative is not the person who booked the program, please provide the office with their name and cellphone number so the performer can call in case of emergency.


II. Requirements

 

The day of the show, the performer will require:

  1. Two rectangular tables, either 4 or 6 feet long.

  2. One empty trash can with a bag/liner, any size.

  3. Access to an electrical outlet.

  4. Access to a kitchen/utility sink before and after the show for setup and cleanup. The sink does NOT need to be in the performance space.

Please note: The performer will provide their own sound system.


III. Room Setup

 
  1. The performer should be on the same level as the audience (not on a stage).

  2. Kids to be seated on the floor.

  3. Seating for the adults in the back and/or on the sides of the room.

Please note: The performer will bring blue painter’s tape to mark the performance space, including a center aisle running through the audience.
